Ku`Bakai Roche had been appointed the Chief Governor of Heirs of Ziost in its last days in Year 11. Taking his appointment most seriously he began to look around at the various production factions and noticed there was a serious lack of some goods available to the general public or available at all. Knowing of Lord Sadow's desire that Heirs of Ziost become a government this market slumped concerned Chief Governor Roche. He was concerned the government would not be able to get all the things necessary to protect its space. He had raised the need for greater defenses prior to his appointment during the restructuring talks. He settled on the idea that to be successful Heirs would need its own production facilities. While he worked on a plan to develop the Entrus System, Governor Roche also settled upon another plan which was named Narhad Vehicle Manufacturing. 

 

The idea was to create a vehicle producer that would enter the market selling mining vehicles using Heirs of Ziost's datacards. However an emergency arose in the ranks of Heirs of Ziost. Seeker Ezrakh Rhuk betrayed the corporation. He arrested six members before Governor Roche could rouse Lord Sadow from his meditation. Those arrested included Myl Lorien, Raiden Jinn, Edward Stuart, Matt Shack, Pholomon Sol and Giraf Bokito. Lord Sadow immediately removed Seeker Rhuk from his position. However the damage was mostly done. The first two would be freed through shrewd negotiations by Lord Sadow, however Lost One Rhuk would then murder the remaining four. Shortly thereafter Cyrus Braveheart, Chief Councilor chose to leave the corporation and Kalor Metani decided to follow his own path as well. 

 

Ku'Bakai Roche continued to work on his plans, developing what he considered astounding plans for not only Entrus but also Loginol. He began revising the other plans based on what he'd learned. Lord Sadow locked down the corporation fearing additional losses but Governor Roche continued to try to do his best to make plans for the future. The about a week and half after the lock down the word came that Lord Sadow griefed by the mistakes he blamed on himself for giving Seeker Rhuk such power he would close Heirs of Ziost, that he might meditate on the problems.

 

At first saddened Governor Roche looked around. There were many loose ends still about, orders placed that needed delivery or pick up. It was all he'd know for a couple of years since leaving the verpine hunting trade of his homeworld of Kubindi. As he sat there saddened his eyes glossed over the NVM plans. He had not presented them formally to anyone. The emergency had prevented him from bringing it up. Dusting it off he knew perhaps it would be of use. He'd rename the project and make a new endeavor, Trax Sector Vehicles was born.

 

It appeared at first he would have trouble getting the project going then in what seems to have been a moment of reflection Ezrakh Rhuk came forth finally and sent SY2 Romus Shipyard to Ku`Bakai Roche. Ku`Bakai contacted Aidon Sadow and the two quickly agreed upon a price putting the funding for TSV much closer to its goals.
